Who we are and scope
Vaultenza SpA, Chilean Tax ID (RUT) 77.951.302-K, with registered address at Av. Apoquindo 4501, floor 14, Las Condes, Santiago, is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through vaultenza.com. This policy explains what information we collect, for what purpose, and how you may exercise your rights under Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life, its subsequent amendments, and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
Data we process
We collect identification data (name, RUT, date of birth), contact data (email, phone, address), the minimum financial data required to comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-financing-of-terrorism rules, browsing data (truncated IP address, device identifiers, web events) and the messages you send us through the contact form.
Purposes of processing
We process your data in order to respond to your inquiries, evaluate your suitability as an investor, execute loan contracts, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (UAF, CMF, SII), measure site performance, prevent fraud and — only with your prior and granular consent — send you commercial communications and personalized advertising through Google Ads and other platforms.
Legal grounds
The applicable legal grounds are: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, and, for non-essential cookies and marketing, your explicit consent given through the cookie banner.
Who we share information with
We may share data with technology providers (Google Ireland Limited, Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL region sa-east-1 in São Paulo, FirmaVirtual S.A.), Chilean notaries, external auditors, legal advisers and competent authorities when required by law or court order. For international transfers we require standard contractual clauses or equivalent adequacy frameworks.
Retention period
We keep your data for the duration of the commercial relationship and, afterwards, for a period of five years in order to comply with tax, regulatory and defense obligations against possible claims. After that period, the data is anonymized or securely deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability of your data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect. To exercise these rights please write to privacidad@vaultenza.com, indicating your name, RUT and specific request. We will reply within a maximum of fifteen business days.
Information security
We use TLS 1.3 encryption for all communications, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and periodic third-party penetration testing performed by CEH-certified specialists.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technological or business changes. We will notify you on the site and, when appropriate, by email, at least fifteen days before the new version comes into force.
